If you sponsor four or more bulbs, your name will be up in lights! To date we have sold 451 light bulb sponsorships - our goal is 1,000! We still need your help to make our goal. There are several ways to get involved. Click the link below or you can sponsor a bulb on our Facebook page.

From the Executive Director
Dear EP Family,
The arts and culture organizations in Erie County need your help! As you know, there is a discussion that one possible revenue source for the state budget is a 6% sales tax on arts and culture events. Please write your state legislators and urge them to say NO to the sales tax.
As I write this request, I have learned that Senator Jane Earll is opposed to the sales tax.

The Erie Playhouse joins thousands of arts organizations and communities across the nation in celebrating National Arts and Humanities Month throughout October. Robert L. Lynch, president and CEO of Americans for the Arts and national coordinator of Arts and Humanities month, says, “Everyone recognizes the creative and cultural value of the arts and humanities.
