THE SEARCH IS ON

Two down, three to go. . . so to speak.

Next up on our search for the next Erie Phil Music Director is Paul Haas.  Haas, of the Brooklyn Philharmonic, will conduct In the Spotlight on Saturday, January 27 at 8 PM at the Warner.  The spotlight musician is Erie Phil Principal Flute LeAnne Wistrom.

The final two candidates are Daniel Meyer of the Pittsburgh Symphony (March 27) and John Jeter, of the Fort Smith (Arkansas) Symphony (April 21).

Elizabeth Schulze of the Maryland Symphony and John Morris Russell of the Windsor Symphony Orchestra were both well received by concert attendees.  The search committee will not have an enviable task.

Don't miss this exciting search season!  And, remember, you can Join the Search at www.eriephil.org.
